September Favourites!

Hey Guys!
Sorry I haven't spoken to you in a while, I guess you could say I had writers block. But I'm back for another (slightly late) monthly favourites post. (Warning major cliche!) September flew by and i'm back in the swing of school now, I am doing my GCSE's now and not enjoying it but i wont go into that!

Here are my monthly favourites:
Its sideways! *facepalm* Anyway we have: Natural collection blushed cheeks in peach melba,
Revlon colourburst lip butter in sorbet, Maybelline 24hr colour tattoo in pink gold, Next's just pink
perfume, Taylor swift wonderstruck perfume, The body shops pink grapefruit body mist,
Mua's eyeshadow palette in undressed and finally maybelline's babylips in cherry me.

Natural collection blusher in Peach melba This costs £1.99 from boots. It is an absolute bargain and looks beautiful on the cheeks. It is a gorgeous peach colour (duh) and i like to apply it just above bronzer for a slightly fiercer look. It is a really nice change from pastel pinks and is a lovely product in general.

The Revlon colourburst lip butter in 'Sorbet' It is a beautiful bright pink colour. It is sooooo amazing! Its moisturizing and has a beautiful long lasting colour, I have dry lips in autumn/ winter so this is perfect for me and i would definitely consider getting another one. Its cost £7.99 from boots.

The Maybelline 24hr colour tattoo in 'Pink gold' This is just perfect. It stays exactly where you put it and is just a beautiful colour. I get compliments when i wear it. I love cream eye shadows and these are definitely the best i have tried. You can these for £4.99 at boots.

The Maybelline babylips in 'Cherry me' Yet another perfect product from maybelline! So moisturizing and looks amazing on, smells amazing and tastes good (#noh8) I have also tried 'pink punch' from this line but i just did not like it as much the formula is probably exactly the same but cherry me is better k. (£2.99??)

The MUA palette in 'Undressed' This palette has a big place in my heart (loser) It is absolutely amazing! The stay power is brilliant and the pigmentation is awesome! It is a dupe for Urban decay's 'Naked' Palette and from what i can tell the colours are very similar! It has mattes and shimmers and a good mix of light and dark colours. It is £4 from superdrug and completely and utterly worth it!

As you can see i have some perfume favourites but i am (maybe) doing a separate perfume post so stay tuned!

Thank you so much for reading!

August Favourites

Hi Guys!

So this month I have been loving some things and I thought I would share them. So without further ado, here are my August favourites!

My first favourite is the Revlon ColourBurst lip butter in the shade sorbet. It is such a gorgeous colour and applies very smoothly and easily. It is very moisturising and the colour pay-off is surprisingly good! The stay power is OK. I love this product but i feel like the price is quite high for what it is (£7.99) this may just be because I am young and money is rare and precious! Revlon currently has a 2 for £10 on a lot of their make up including a good mascara which is £9.99 so that is a pretty good deal if you ask me.

My next favourite is Maybelline's Baby lips in the shade "Cherry me". If you saw my last post then you would know that I am in love with this product! It is So moisturising and looks lovely on the lips. It gives a very sheer red tint but what else do you expect for a lip balm? It is very affordable at £2.99 and I am just in love deal with it OK.

My last favourite for august is The "Just pink" Perfume by next. Next does really lovely perfumes for very cheap. This one was £7.50. This perfume smells very floral-y and citrus-y and is a really gorgeous fresh scent. It is sophisticated without looking like you stole your mum's perfume!

Baby lips!

Maybelline's 'Baby lips' have just come out in the UK. Naturally I went a bought one being the hopeless  trend follower that I am. I bought the shade 'Cherry me' and it is very sheer but still adds colour to my lips which i love. Surprisingly it is the best lip balm i own now. I get quite dry lips and my lips have been so soft for the past 2 days and if i put it on at night time when i wake up in the morning my lips are still really smooth which is awesome! I thoroughly recommend Baby lips to everyone,I bought mine for £2.99 in boots and i will definitely be going back to buy more.

Thanks so much for reading!

Product rave- The body shop Satsuma scent.

The Body Shop's Satsuma Products!

Today's blog post is a product rave (Be prepared there will be a lot more to come!) This particular post is about The body shop's satsuma scented products.
They Smell AMAZING!
They smell exactly like those lollipops from my childhood
Anyone remember them? no? Just me then. Well anyway you must have had an orange flavoured sweet/candy of some sort and i can imagine it probably smells like that.
The products i have are all mini sized as they came in a bag together (i probably would have bought them mini sized anyway because they are so flipping adorable) I have the body polish (Gentle scrub) I have the Body butter and I have the shower gel.
If you hadn't gathered all ready these products all smell of satsumas. I use the 'Body Polish' on my feed especially as summer is here and i'm wearing sandals and flip flops a lot more and dry cracked heels just aren't the look i'm going for. I'm not a person that uses a lot of exfoliators so I do not have much to compare it to but it does  the job i want it to well.
The Body butter is my favourite product of the 3 and leaves the scent on my skin for hours after application. I will hug someone and they will say 'You smell so nice! kind of like oranges?' and that proves to me that this product is a good one! If you apply too much it feels a little sticky so use sparingly.
The Shower gel is just a winner and i don't have great amounts to say about it. It cleans your skin well and it smells really good. it is a really nice scent for mornings when i want to smell fresh and citrus-y.

June Favorites

Hello! Today I am going to do a June Favourites blog post. This will be a collection of a few of the products and things i have been loving throughout June, starting off with make up.

My first June favourite is the Mua 'Undressed' Palette which is a dupe for the Urban Decay 'Naked' Palette. This costs £4 and is completely worth it. I wear it pretty much everyday, there are neutrals for everyday and bolder colours for when you need them. If i had to chose one palette to own this would be the one!
My next favourite is the Rimmel London stay matte powder. At this time of year my skin starts to get shiny and oily. Under my eyes gets especially oily which is really weird, Anyway this powder is amazing! I sweep it across my forehead and it is completely matte. It also helps to set your make up. You can get this in translucent if you do not want it to add colour to your face.

My next favourites are the Nail polishes 'Green tea' and 'Shocking Pink' By Sally Hansen and Barry m. I think that with these two nail polishes you are set for any event. The Sally Hansen nail polish I managed to pick up in poundland and this i was amazed at and to my suprise it was in perfect condition when i tried it at home. The Barry M nail polish i picked up in boots for £1.99 (i think!) but at the time i think it was a 3 for 2 deal. I love this colour because it is so girly and looks lovely on the nails.

I have also been loving red lips for the month of June but it has got to dark to photograph the products now! But they are the Natural collection lipstick in 'Cherry red' and the Nivea beautiful smile lip gloss in 'pretty berry'.

Thank you so much for reading!

Hi!

Hello there, so recently I have been getting really into beauty and fashion items and i thought it would be fun to make a blog about it. I was originally going to start making beauty videos on YouTube but that takes a lot of confidence and that is something i just don't have at the moment. Still, my love for fashion and beauty grows on and i'm not going to let myself stop me. On this blog i plan to review makeup products, post hauls and maybe do monthly favorites. I am exited to see what this brings. I'm still not exactly sure how this whole thing works but i'm sure i'll get the hang of it. Thank you so much for reading!
For now,
xoxo
